1. Why are our outdoor products cheaper?
Our goods are purchased in bulk from other countries to the U.S. Since bulk purchase is cheaper, we can also give more discounts to our customers.

2. Why does your website say you have shipped the products, but I can't find the tracking information?
Although we have shipped the goods, the IT system of the logistics service provider did not update the data in time, the data is not real-time, and there is a delay in the data. Generally speaking, the logistics tracking information will appear within 2-3 days.

3. Is there any problem with the quality of the products on your website?
The quality is certainly not a problem, we do not do business once or twice, so we attach great importance to the reputation of our website.

4. What payment methods do you accept?
Our website supports PayPal and credit card payment channels, covering most of the credit cards issued by international banks. We only support cash on delivery from Japan, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Greece, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia. Since logistics companies only support pickup service in these countries and regions, customers from other countries must pay the order amount before we can ship the goods.
